Churchill Hooff
Churchill practices in the area of commercial real estate. He has represented a broad range of clients including tenants, landlords, retailers, developers, investors, borrowers, and lenders.  

A significant portion of his time is spent on office leasing and retail leasing, the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers and retail sites and apartment buildings, and lending and loan servicing work.

Churchill, his wife, four daughters and (female) labradoodle are residents of Alexandria, Virginia.  Churchill's other interests include open-water swimming and running.  In 2010, Churchill placed 11th out of nearly 600 finishers in the 4.4 mile Great Chesapeake Bay Swim fundraiser for March of Dimes.
